Teen Night
Join other teens with special needs ages 12-18 years old and practice social and life skills in a supportive environment. Like Game Night, we work with volunteers and community partners to organize fun and social activities. Teen Night meets bi-monthly and stays in touch with a Marco Polo video chat group.
United Angels Ambassador Program
Teens and young adults 14 years+ are invited to apply to become a UAF ambassador and volunteer for our youth programs. Learn and practice valuable job skills, leadership and serve as a role model in our community!
Transition To Adulthood
Our Parent Transition Specialist can help you navigate and apply for services such as SSI, DSPD, Medicaid, Guardianship, Financial Planning, Voc-Rehab, and more! Private consultations are free for UAF members. You may request a consultation at any time; however, we recommend a total of three consultations at ages 14, 17/18 and 21+.
Young Adult Meetup
Meet and socialize with other young adults 18+ with special needs. Conversation and activities are facilitated by UAF staff members and volunteers in a safe and supportive environment. YAMU meets bi-monthly and stays in touch with a Marco Polo video chat.
